Think of us as a matchmaker. We don't sell puppies first-come, first-served. We take time to pair the right puppy with the right home — and every family who works with us goes through this.

It Works Like a Matchmaker
Here is the whole idea, in plain words.
We don't sell puppies first-come, first-served.
We match the right puppy to the right home — the same way a matchmaker pairs people. We get to know your family. We get to know our puppies. Then we put you together.
Once you apply, you have up to a full year to find your perfect match.
And we don't go quiet. We touch base with you every week — a short video call or audio call — so we truly get to know your family, and you get to know us and our puppies.
When you apply, you pay a $1,400 matching fee. This is the part people miss:

Your puppy comes home around 10 weeks old.
The fee pays for the matching work — the time we spend getting to know you and choosing the right puppy before you ever take one home. Because that work is already done, the matching fee is non-refundable.
Every family gets this. There is no "better" version to buy. The matching is the matching.

Private Matching Service With NDA
A separate track for clients whose name, profession, or security profile means a standard placement cannot work for them. The matching service is the same. The privacy is added on top.
The Matching Service
Up to a full year of working with us to find the right puppy, with weekly check-ins by video call or audio call along the way. We match on lifestyle, structure, and personality fit. Written contract, lifetime breeder support, and the right to return your puppy to us at any point in its life.
The $1,400 matching fee covers this work and comes off the puppy's price. Every buyer gets this.
Private Matching Service Adds
A written NDA covering identity, timing, and logistics. Controlled communication windows. Privacy-forward delivery. Coordination through personal assistants, family offices, or authorized representatives.
No public marketing or social media mention — ever. The matching fee does not change.
Who the Private Matching Service Is For
When NDA-Level Privacy Is Needed
Public Figures
Actors, musicians, athletes, executives, and other clients whose names would attract public attention if the placement were handled through standard channels.
Security-Sensitive Households
Clients whose profession, residence, or family circumstances mean publicly visible logistics — delivery addresses, photographs, social media posts — could create a real safety concern.
Representative Purchasing
Clients who prefer to inquire and coordinate through a personal assistant, family office, or authorized representative. The end home must still be identified to us, and our standard placement review still applies.
Clients Who Simply Value Discretion
Households who, for personal reasons, do not want their placement posted about, photographed publicly, or referenced in any breeder marketing. Privacy is a valid preference; we honor it in writing.
What the Private Matching Service Adds
On Top of the Standard Service
Every placement at Alfheim-Andromeda includes the matching service, health-tested parents, a written contract, and lifetime breeder support. The Private Matching Service adds the following on top of that baseline.
- Written NDA covering identity, timing, and logistics — structured case-by-case. Welfare of the dog and required veterinary documentation are never subject to confidentiality.
- Single approved point of contact — one of us handles your entire placement directly, start to finish.
- Controlled communication windows — scheduled around your privacy and availability rather than open inquiry channels.
- Privacy-forward delivery logistics — alternate identifiers, tightly managed transport timing, and restricted disclosure of household details where appropriate.
- Vetted, security-cleared transport — our transport partner is a retired federal law enforcement officer with active USDA transport licensing. He handles both ground and in-cabin flight transport personally, with no third-party handlers or commercial cargo involved at any stage. Your puppy travels door-to-door with one trusted person from start to finish.
- Representative coordination — we will work directly with your personal assistant, family office, or authorized representative throughout the process.
- No public marketing or social media mention — ever. Your placement is not used in advertising, posts, testimonials, or website content.
How the Private Matching Service Works
The Placement Process
Step 1: Private Inquiry
Email us directly, noting Private Matching Service. Representatives should identify their role at first contact. Initial response is by direct reply, not through automated systems.
Step 2: NDA & Fit Review
A mutual NDA is drafted and signed before any household details, photographs, or scheduling information is exchanged. Fit review is the same as every placement — lifestyle, household, timing, and the type of Chihuahua best suited to the home.
Step 3: Match & Reservation
Approved clients are matched based on availability and compatibility. Reservation terms are discussed transparently. The $1,400 matching fee applies at this stage and comes off the puppy's total price.
Step 4: Confidential Logistics Planning
Delivery is planned with our vetted transport partner — a retired federal law enforcement officer with USDA transport licensing, providing both ground and in-cabin flight transport personally. No cargo, no third-party handlers. Alternate identifiers and managed timing apply at this stage.
Step 5: Placement & Ongoing Support
Every placement includes a written contract and lifetime breeder support. If a puppy ever needs to come back to us, for any reason, at any point in its life — it always can.
