The Concierge Placement Deposit is what brings a family into our placement process. It reserves access to private matching, weekly conversations, first-look on upcoming litters, and the personal attention that defines how we work. When you choose your puppy, the deposit is credited toward the purchase price — it is never an additional fee.

Every Alfheim-Andromeda puppy goes home with the full record of how they were raised and the full support of the program that raised them.

Most of our puppies are placed before they are publicly listed, through families who have joined our concierge process. Once your placement deposit is received, the experience that follows is private, unhurried, and built around you.

Take your time. Concierge families have up to one full year to find the right puppy — no pressure, no urgency, no rushing the match.

From first conversation to bringing your puppy home, here is how it works.

1. 01

   Step 01: Apply

   Tell us about your home, your lifestyle, and what you are looking for. Approval is required before placement is considered, and approval does not reserve a specific puppy.

2. 02

   Step 02: Connect

   Once approved, we set up a private video chat. Real conversation, real questions, both directions. This is where we get to know each other.

3. 03

   Step 03: Reserve

   The $1,450 placement deposit reserves your spot in our concierge process. Valid for one year from the date of deposit and transferable across litters within that window.

4. 04

   Step 04: Match

   Puppies are evaluated for placement at three to four weeks of age. Concierge families are offered first selection. Breeder evaluation always comes first to ensure health, structure, and the right pairing of dog to family.

5. 05

   Step 05: Sign

   Once you have chosen your puppy, we sign the purchase contract and the lifetime health guarantee together. Both documents are written in plain language and shared with you for review before signing.

6. 06

   Step 06: Prepare

   Your placement deposit is credited to the final price. The remaining balance is paid prior to go-home. You receive ongoing updates through your private portal as your puppy grows toward ten weeks.

7. 07

   Step 07: Bring Home

   USDA-licensed transport, in-person pickup, or private arrangements made to your specifications. Your puppy goes home microchipped, fully vetted, and ready.
